A Whittle Bit of Commentary with Chad Whittle
Below is a rush transcript (may contain errors):
The Institute of Politics at Harvard University released their spring survey on Tuesday and found in a sample of over 2600 millennials that only 32 percent of the 18-29 year olds polled approve of President Trump so far, with 41 percent giving him a grade of F. But when it comes to some of his agenda items, they like them bigly.
The College Fix reports that 60 percent of the respondents said “cracking down on countries’ illegal and unfair trade practices that hurt American workers” would make America better. 48 percent — said “ending the ‘anti-police’ atmosphere in America and empowering law enforcement” would improve the nation.
Of course, as you’d assume they’re not big on the Obamacare repeal or temporary refugee ban. However, with some of his agenda items having such big league support, I believe it’s pretty obvious what conservatives should do.
We should find some celebrity that Millennials love, say maybe The Rock, he wants to be president, and tell them it’s The Rock’s policies and just let him be pretend president while Trump does the actual work. Sorta like a figure head. Pop stars or social media celebrities will work too, and then watch how the support among millennials goes up for Trump policies. I’m Chad Whittle on A Whittle Bit of Commentary.
